Straightforward design to maximise space in your Leeds home

Edwardian conservatories feature a sloping pitched roof which looks very appealing, but also creates a ‘vaulted’ effect, making the structure appear brightly lit. They also feature two sets of flat walls that sit in either a square or rectangular shape, giving you full use of the available space. As they’re built from the latest glazing and energy-efficient uPVC frames, this wide, open space can also be used in total comfort 365 days a year.

We ensure to build every conservatory completely bespoke to your size, budget, practical and aesthetic requirements, so what you get is exactly what you were looking for. And with over 20 years of installation experience behind us, we’re able to deliver your finalised Edwardian conservatory design to the highest possible standard for long-lasting quality.

    Roof Options

Your choice of stylish glass or hard wearing tiles

Flood the interior of your conservatory with sunlight by opting for a SmartGlass® glass roof. With a U-value of 1.2 W/m2k, they’ll ensure to keep it nice and toasty too. Alternatively, you can create a conservatory that looks and feels more like a traditional extension by opting for our patented NuRoom tiled conservatory roof system.

Glazing options to suit your desired level of comfort

Our conservatories are fitted with high-quality glazing from Planitherm and SmartGlass®. As standard, they ensure for a fantastic thermal performance. However, we also have options that are specifically designed to further reduce glare from the sun and reflect more of the sun’s rays, which can be great for south-facing conservatories that experience extensive sun exposure.

Available with our patented tiled roof system

Every Edwardian conservatory is available with our lightweight NuRoom tiled roof system. These offer incredible thermal performance and come with an internal lighting pelmet, plasterboard and skim finish, giving your conservatory the look and feel of a traditional extension. By opting for our innovative and unique tiled roof system, however, your conservatory will become subject to Building Control approval.

Fortunately, our NuRoom tiled roofs are approved by JHAI Building Control and we submit any Building Control notices to the relevant local authority before work begins. Once work has finished, we'll also supply a Building Regulation Approval Certificate, demonstrating that they are fully compliant with the relevant Building Regulations. Therefore, once one has been fitted, you can forget about it costing you any additional time and expense later down the line.
