TWS is your local firm with traditional family values.

TWS was founded by husband and wife team Tony and Carol Grindley in 1999 and over the past 11 years has become the leading independent conservatory, window and door installer in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area with over 35 full-time employees.

Our Offices

With purpose built headquarters in Garforth that accommodate showrooms, offices, yard space and warehouses TWS is ideally placed to service the West and North Yorkshire area. We employ highly skilled trades people, all of whom pride themselves on providing sound advice to customers without any waffle and a hard sell.

Accreditations

As the only BSI accredited installer in Leeds and a member of many other quality assurance institutions including the CPA, the products and services supplied by TWS come with the highest level of recommendation.

Family Business

TWS is a family business with traditional family values. We only employ people that are capable of providing sound advice to customers without any waffle and a hard sell. Our workforce is long established with many of our team having worked with us for years creating a familiar and friendly environment.

Tony says, "At TWS we believe that people are fed up with sales people who impose themselves on customers for three or four hours, make up an inflated quote then invent reasons for discounts if they sign on the spot. We send all our customers a full written quotation and encourage them to think about their decision carefully when deciding on the right installation company to work with."
